Hiphop music lately is hit or miss . With alot of dubstep influences i really have to re-train my ears. Some of it I just don’t like so many songs have to be listened to a couple of times. I hit on some good tracks you just might not of heard of alot of them. Give this mix a chance
It was a beautiful day for Communion. You won’t say this often in May but it was too hot to be outside.
Thankfully this communion was inside at the Knights Of Columbus in Northport
I had a little difficulty finding the place as I had to cut through a back alley to find the venue. I arrived super early and i slowly set everything up. I had to run out for batteries. Surpisingly the 7-11 in Northport didn’t have AA batteries. FAIL. More on that later. These kids were not shy as they wanted to start the games right at the start. Ok, so let’s go. I played more games on Saturday then i ever had before. It was levitating circle, freeze dance, musical chairs, red light green light, scavanger hunt.
After a short recess for food we continued the communion with Mummy wrap, and tv trivia.
We also played these songs. Just when it was time to play music, I took the light out and we had the whole place rocking with this playlist.

I was very excited to visit Bellmore for the first time to play at Alexa’s Communion Party. It was a beautiful sunny day and i had a good feeling this communion party was going to be outside. I was correct. I like being outside instead of inside especially for a communion. As a Dj it gives me more options for games and music.
We started the Communion Party by playing our dinner mix cd
I usually like to start games right away but it was hot and there were alot of other choices including a swimming pool and a bouncy castle. So I didn’t start immediately with the game played some current pop music and played some slower dance and house music. We played musical chairs and mummy wrap.
I was thinking about the sentimental part of playing these communion party and religious events
They are going to remember these events for the rest of their lives. I got to do play the horses as i got a little over time and they also gave me a candy bar. What a special day being a long island dj
Paul performs at Pumperknickels in Hicksville I really wasn’t feeling good this week. I caught something. Thanks to the people at Monster Energy for getting me through this communion, I drank three orange tea monster energy drinks and thankfully had enough in me to get me through the day. I Felt like Superman. Setup and clean up was a nightmare . Up Steps and slippery for that matter. I was able to set up early and leave early and the hosts were very nice. The kids had trouble with some of the game concepts but they had a blast. First time playing trivia and scavenger hunt. We started the communion party early and ended up early. I was very excited to get the long island dj season going a couple weeks earlier than usual. Thrilled to get two parties in one day on Long island Dj which usually never happens. Day started early as i went to go get the equipment for the first party.  I arrived in Port Jefferson at 10:30am which was two hours before the planned start.  I noticed that the client was answering the phone.  I learned later that i had the wrong directions.  I was late so i had to pick up the pace.  I jetted to Mt Sinai, and rushed through handing out prizes, playing games and then leaving.  The kids had a great time.  I showed great composure as I almost didn’t get paid.  I had to wait a half hour.  Despite being late i was proffessional and got the job done Party 2 Ronkonkoma, Long Island DJ I left late and i hit traffic on the LIE.  There was some rubbernecking going on.  Nice.  Got to Ronkonkoma with plenty of time to start the next party.  There were alot of unknowns with the next party.  I knew it was a baptism and i had a request list of about 8 songs.  I started with oldies, went to disco, then i played some current dance music.  It’s funny when kids are younger they like to mosh.  First time i’ve seen that in quite some time.  We got the crowd jumping with some current and old latin music.  That included a 10 minute version of Michael Telo’s “Ai Se Tu Pego”  which it’s a great song that i listen to on a regular basis. This is my 2nd time peforming as long island dj at the Relay 4 Life . There has been so much energy surrounding my business that I feel like i’m on the verge of some great things. It’s been a month of crazyness. I just got going at LIDJSCHOOL, and i tend to be in my computer room more often thanks to my new desk and just a volcano of music. I joined a record pool this month for the 1st time in my life. I feel like i did at college when i would wait for free cd’s and records to come in the mail. And i would hang out downstairs with a bunch of my friends and listen to all the new stuff. We felt like rockstars to be so privlidged to listen to the new stuff. Now i’m older and being in the pool got be current and i’m ready to knock everybody over with the house music and overall energy of Djdealeyo respresenting the Hamptons Dj.com and SRS. There will proably be about 4 parts to this mix as i have about 50 songs i want to do
