I was reminded of my roots on Holloween 2015 as I was scheduled to play for my friend Mike’s Suprise #birthday party. When I started Dj’ing I played for family and their friends and eventually snowballed into playing at the Jodi Drive Great Room club that we ran during the winter times during High School and College. As I get older I don’t get to play for my friends that much so this was just great fun and nostalgic. As soon as I figured out where I was going to setup it was on. Mike was very surpised. Everyone was dressed up and I did what I usually do, rocked some Knicks attire (I don’t like to dress up). I can’t imagine dj’ing in a holloween costume need to be fully functional. Great friends , great family, a little cold but didn’t seem to bother anyone. They had a few bon fires going. Food was delicious. I’m glad Calleen said yes as I asked her to play.
