I left early to go setup the Hallocksville #wedding for two reasons. One, Last weekend there as alot of traffic because of the pumpkin picking, wine testing traffic and because it was my first time at the venue and i wanted to be sure I had time to get setup. I arrived around 3pm to be greeted by one of my friends Liz Cantwell. Liz works for Rumba Catering so i was very excited to eat some good food and be in the presence of my good friends. I had to spread my speakers out to cover and outside tent area and the inside barn. The evening provided a few challenges. It was windy and they had the ceremony outside. I had an idea of duct taping a microphone to an acoustic guitar so they could hear the guitarist. A brilliant idea that sounded great and allowed the ceremony to continue without a glitch. I also had a microphone so the bride was able to be heard. The charging station made it’s debut and was recieved with high praise. It was a great crowd and fun wedding. Weather was very cold in the barn toward the end of the night, i’ll be sure to bring some heat next time I visit. This is some of what i played . Unfortunately i lost hard drive access to my laptop the following morning.
